We have partnered with Bongo International Parcel and Mail Forwarding to service our international customers.

Bongo International provides its customers with their very own US address (not a P.O. Box). Once you have a US address, you will be able to make purchases at our website as well as other US based online retailers. Bongo receives your purchases and logs them into their online system where you can consolidate them with other orders.

This process saves international customers up to 82% off typical international shipping rates.

2. Setup your Bongo International account by clicking the Bongo Checkout button.

3. After signup, Bongo will provide you with your very own US address.

4. Back at our website, proceed to Checkout.

5. Enter your new US address supplied by Bongo as both your BILLING & SHIPPING Address .

6. Use the credit card that you have on file with Bongo as the payment method -- No Exceptions.

7. Choose your shipping method and Place Order.

8. Once completed, finish your verification process with Bongo.

You should receive your order within 7-10 business days if the items are in stock.

We pack your purchase within 24 hours of receiving your order and usually ship 5-7 business days.

Please note: Some items may take up to two to three weeks or more to ship. Once your purchase has shipped we will contact you and inform you of your tracking number. You will be immediately notified if a product is out-of-stock. *Note: Credit Card orders are processed at the time of checkout.

Cancellation Policy:

In order to process a cancellation in a timely fashion we expect you to do so within the first 24 hours of the automated receipt of order.



*Truck Deliveries

Common carrier truck deliveries are performed by a trucking company contracted by our suppliers. This service is a "Tailgate Delivery". Most of the time the driver will bring your new furniture to your doorstep. In rare cases the driver will move the items to the back of the truck. At that point you will need someone to move them into your building or residence. If you ordered a heavy/bulky item, make sure you have someone who can help with this. Deliveries are to ground floors only. A signature is required at the time of delivery.

Important: Any and all damages must be noted on the bill of lading. Check all items thoroughly before the driver leaves. Damaged items not noted on the bill of lading cannot be replaced!!

Common carrier deliveries are only performed Monday through Friday. An appointment by telephone is usually scheduled by the freight company, however it is not guaranteed. Inside delivery can be arranged, please call for details.

*RETURNS:

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

We are here to supply you with a product that you will be happy with. Cutalia International stands behind the quality of our products 100%.

We gladly refund the purchase price of any item that you purchased at full price and that you wish to return because the item is not to your liking. We do not refund shipping costs that you paid. All returned items may be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.

To arrange a return, please call us at 888 514-4387 or contact us via email at CustomerService@cutaliainternational.com for a Return Authorization Number within 2 days. Should you need to return any of your purchases, please use all original packing material, just as you received it.

*Damages:

Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. It does not happen often, but should a shipment arrive damaged you must contact us within 2 (two) days from merchandise receipt. We will place the insurance claim with UPS, Fed Ex or our vendors (per their instructions)and exchange/replace or return merchandise will be promptly sent to you!
