We have partnered with Bongo International Parcel and Mail Forwarding to service our international customers.

Bongo International provides its customers with their very own US address (not a P.O. Box). Once you have a US address, you will be able to make purchases at our website as well as other US based online retailers. Bongo receives your purchases and logs them into their online system where you can consolidate them with other orders.

This process saves international customers up to 82% off typical international shipping rates.

6. Use the credit card that you have on file with Bongo as the payment method -- No Exceptions.

7. Choose your shipping method and Place Order.

8. Once completed, finish your verification process with Bongo.

You should receive your order within 7-10 business days if the items are in stock.

We pack your purchase within 24 hours of receiving your order and usually ship 5-7 business days.

Please note: Some items may take up to two to three weeks or more to ship. Once your purchase has shipped we will contact you and inform you of your tracking number. You will be immediately notified if a product is out-of-stock. *Note: Credit Card orders are processed at the time of checkout.

Cancellation Policy:

In order to process a cancellation in a timely fashion we expect you to do so within the first 24 hours of the automated receipt of order.

Motor Freight

Some of our products cannot ship via UPS/FedEx ground and must ship via motor freight. These items will have an additional shipping, handling and/or crating charge added. Charges will be calculated based on weight, size, and destination. Motor freight charges shall include delivery to the residential front door of the shipping address only and shall not include optional services such as transferring the items inside the residence. Any additional services required shall be negotiated between the buyer and the freight company and will not be the responsibility of Cutalia International,LLC.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

We are here to supply you with a product that you will be happy with. Cutalia International stands behind the quality of our products 100%.

We gladly refund the purchase price of any item that you purchased at full price and that you wish to return because the item is not to your liking. We do not refund shipping costs that you paid. All returned items are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. **ALL RETURNS MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 2 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF MERCHANDISE** IF RETURN IS NOT REPORTED WITHIN THAT TIME Cutalia International will not allow the return. No credit can be allowed unless authorized by Cutalia International's Customer Service Department. Again, customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

*Damages:

Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. It does not happen often, but should a shipment arrive damaged you must contact us within 2 (two) days from merchandise receipt. We will place the insurance claim with UPS, Fed Ex or our vendors (per their instructions)and exchange/replace or return merchandise will be promptly sent to you!
